Italian dressing

I compared several different recipes and came up with this. Delicioso!

Now, the real chefs will say, "mix everything except the oil together first, then put it all in the mixer." I just whip it all together with my hand-held one-speed super-whizzer. Turns out thick and creamy.

Another nice substitution is using balsamic vinegar, which turns the whole thing a kind of ugly brown, but wow! What taste! I have also used a mixture of regular white vinegar and balsamic vinegar, and that came out really nicely.
